The day begins at dawn in Campo Santa Margherita, one of the city’s most lively squares. Seated at a café, amidst the gentle clinking of porcelain cups and the murmur of Venetian voices, the team observes the world around them. Every detail—the morning light caressing ancient façades, the glimmer of wet masegni (stone pavements)—offers a spark of inspiration. The coffee is bold and velvety, much like the ideas about to take shape.

Leaving the square behind, the group crosses the Ponte dei Pugni, near Campo San Barnaba, once the stage for age-old rivalries. The worn stone beneath their feet whispers tales of tradition and forgotten duels. Venice is like this: every corner has something to teach. A few steps further, they witness a daily ritual—the selection of fresh oranges and vegetables from the city’s distinctive floating fruit boat. A simple gesture becomes a sensory experience—the vivid colors, the tactile feel of the fruit’s peel, the delicate fragrance.
